I committed the entire series just so I can see them together, and because of that, I am thoroughly disappointed. To make things, worse, it seems like this series is just going to be a 5 book series, which means no more Jaxon and Bryn, and that pisses me even more off because we literally get 5 CHAPTERS of them together, and that’s it. But when you came into something expecting one thing and didn’t get it…you get disappointed. This probably the reason why I am so disappointed in this series.ĭon’t get me wrong, this series was a really, really great read.
I read this series for two reasons: this series greatly resembled The Dragonian Series by Adrienne Woods, and two, I know that Bryn would end up with Jaxon. But even focusing on staying alive is difficult when you’re falling for someone you can’t have.
